Begin your career with Osmose through a structured 5-week practical training period focused on learning utility assessment processes, safety procedures, field operations, and leadership fundamentals.
Continue developing your technical skills, field knowledge, and leadership abilities while preparing to transition into a Foreman role. Progression typically occurs within 312 months depending on individual progress and development.
Advance into a leadership position responsible for managing field crews, overseeing daily operations, and driving safety, quality, and productivity expectations. Level program based on experience and performance.

Position Summary
The Utility Pole Assessment Foreman is responsible for leading daily field operations and supervising a crew performing utility pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration activities. This role requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and the ability to ensure work is completed safely while meeting company and customer expectations.
The Foreman will provide direction to field crews, support employee development, maintain productivity goals, and represent Osmose professionally when interacting with customers, utility representatives, and community members.

Travel is expected to exceed 80% and may vary based on customer needs and project locations. Frequent overnight travel Monday through Friday throughout one or more states may be required. Extended workweeks and occasional weekend work may be necessary during peak seasons or special projects.
