Demo2Finish Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Foreman to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from demolition through final completion. We are a family-oriented company that takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, maintaining safe job sites, and exceeding customer expectations.


Responsibilities:


  •  Supervise daily job site operations and construction crews 
  •  Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment 
  •  Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget 
  •  Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards 
  •  Read and interpret blueprints and project plans 
  •  Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members 
  •  Track project progress and report updates 
  •  Solve job site issues efficiently and professionally 
Qualifications:


  •  3+ years of construction foreman or supervisory experience 
  •  Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction 
  •  Ability to lead crews and manage multiple tasks 
  •  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills 
  •  Experience with demolition, framing, finishing, and site management preferred
