Get ready to unearth your true potential and dig into the exciting world of HEI CivilWe are looking to hire an experienced Foreman to join our teamResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead Fine Grade aspects of a project including but not limited to road construction grading for curbsidewalks setting stone with motor grader minimal masonry work etc.Communicate with employees managers subs HR and all other team membersSchedule all materials people equipment etc. to complete the work on schedulePrioritize safety above all else by complying with OSHA and environmental safety standardsComplete daily job site inspections and JHAs equipment reportsWork independently and with fellow supervisorsContribute knowledge and ideas to increase productivityContinue learning and strengthening skillsLead and mentor all employees to the best of your abilityAdditional responsibilities as assignedRequired Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesGood organization skillsHigh school diploma or GED preferred10-30 hour OSHA training preferredStrongeffective communication skills and ability to develop client relationshipsAbility to bring a crew with himClean driving recordHeavy Job Knowledge preferredEducation High school diploma or GED preferredExperience 5 years of supervisory background
