Foreman - Concrete

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team. As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and supervise concrete crews on various projects.

- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to plan and schedule work.

- Interpret project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of concrete work.

- Oversee the setup and layout of forms, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

- Conduct daily job site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

- Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills and productivity.

- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

- Extensive knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and equipment.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
