We're looking for an experienced, dependable Foreman to oversee and lead our crews in the field. If you know construction, take pride in doing things right, and have a knack for leading people and keeping a job on track, we want to talk to you. You don't need a foundation-specific background -- we'll train you on our systems. What we need is a leader.
What You'll Do
- Lead and direct Crew Members on residential job sites from start to finish
- Plan the day's work, assign tasks, and keep projects on schedule and on budget
- Oversee foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete lifting, piering, and crawl space installations
- Read and interpret job plans, scopes, and specs, and ensure work meets our quality standards
- Train, mentor, and hold crew accountable for safety, productivity, and workmanship
- Manage tools, materials, and equipment and keep sites clean and organized
- Serve as the on-site point of contact and represent Home Shield professionally to every homeowner
- Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to the office and management
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience running or supervising a construction crew
- Solid general construction knowledge and hands-on skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills -- you keep jobs moving
- Ability to read plans, problem-solve in the field, and make sound decisions
- A safety-first mindset and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, professional, and able to lead by example
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to perform physical labor outdoors in all seasons (lifting 50+ lbs, digging, bending, kneeling)
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Spanish/English bilingual a strong plus (not required)
