We are hiring a Foreman (Crew Lead) to lead a small team in the field. This is a hands-on role. You will work with your crew to help complete jobs safely, on time, and to a high standard.
This is a full-time position with steady, year-round work.
What You Will Do
- Arrive on time each day, ready to work
- Lead and support a crew of 1–3 team members
- Complete daily jobs and routes efficiently
- Make sure work is done safely and correctly
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Communicate clearly with management
- Set a good example for your team
Schedule & Pay
- Start time: 7:00 AM
- Full-time hours
- Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience
- Opportunities for pay increases based on performance
- A paid working interview may be required
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Reliable transportation to get to work daily
- Experience leading a crew (landscaping, construction, or similar work)
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and weather
- Ability to follow safety rules and company standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
- Work outdoors in heat, humidity, and changing weather
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods
- Lift and carry up to 50–80 pounds
- Use tools and equipment safely
