Won't you come and join us?What we ask from you:Possess 4-6 years of related experience in Concrete and Excavation activities.Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment.Be hardworking, dependable, and safety minded.Willingness to work overtime up to 7 days per week if necessary.The ability to pass a pre-employment and periodic screenings.Ability to communicate effectively and lead your team through example.Possession of a valid driver's license with proof of an outstanding 5-year driving record.Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment.Hourly Rate: $28.00-$33.00 Per Hour DOE.Benefits and Perks:Great Company Benefits starting 1st of the month after 60 days of eligible employment.Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription InsuranceHealth Savings AccountLife InsuranceDisability Insurance401K with company Match PTO
