Position Summary: The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily field operations, ensuring all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. This role requires a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles and transport materials or crew to job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise field crews, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
Conduct daily inspections of worksites to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
Operate company vehicles to transport crew, tools, and materials as needed.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, job progress, and equipment usage.
Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Operations teams regarding job updates or issues.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and company policies.
Assist with hands-on field work when required to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in construction, landscaping, or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
