Responsibilities:

• Accepts field assignments from Superintendent then completes assigned projects by gather materials, equipment, through the management of assigned personnel
• Directs and motivates field personnel in the execution of assigned tasks
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities to assigned crew members
• Supervise and train assigned crew members
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Resolve operational problems or elevates issues to site superintendent
• Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment for assigned crew members by following and enforcing company practices and standards
• All other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent walking and climbing (stairs, ladders, terrain)
• Frequent lifting (up to and including 50 pounds)
• Frequent bending, twisting and standing
• Exposure to working outdoors in all-weather conditions
• Ability to work more than 40 hours in any given week including weekend assignments as required

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Leadman level experience in the mid-stream natural gas construction industry
• Must have the ability to lead a crew in accomplishing complex operational tasks
• Must have the ability to read blueprints
• Must have ability to meet fast paced and changing schedules and deadlines
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be willing to perform all other duties as assigned
• Proven ability to lead a crew
• Ability to read blueprints, ISOs, and P&IDs required

Licenses or Certifications:

• OSHA 10 Certification Preferred
