Job Summary We are seeking experienced Foremen to lead crews on roadway and airport construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely and on time. Foremen are expected to lead by example, work alongside their crew when needed, and maintain strong communication with project managers, office staff, and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver's license (must be maintained) Able to obtain and maintain airport/military badgeAt least 21 years of age Willing to travel out of state Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol test (random testing required) 2+ years of construction supervisory experience or equivalent Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise crews on active projectsCoordinate daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficientlyCommunicate with Project Managers, office staff, and customersMonitor project progress, quality, and schedule adherenceConduct daily crew huddles and set expectationsEnsure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standardsComplete daily reports, timecards, and equipment documentationCoordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractorsIdentify and resolve job site issues to keep projects movingConduct weekly Toolbox Talks and enforce safety policies
Essential Functions Perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and around dust, noise, and equipment Operate trucks with trailers, construction equipment, and tools Use and maintain PPE (hard hat, safety vest, eye protection, etc.) Assist with hands-on work including sealing, concrete repair, and equipment operation as needed
