As a Foreman in Training, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders, learn high-
demand skills, and develop the ability to create permanent, high-quality solutions for
homeowners. Within 90 days, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a Foreman role
and increase your earning potential.

What You’ll Do
Assist crew leaders on residential foundation repair projects
Learn how to create high-quality, long-lasting solutions for customers
Work with tools and equipment designed for safety and efficiency
Deliver a professional, positive experience on every job site
Travel to job sites and gain exposure to a variety of projects
Build the skills needed to lead your own crew
What You’ll Get
$28/hour starting pay
Production bonus after training (increase your earnings as you grow)
Monday–Friday schedule (consistent weekly hours)

What We’re Looking For
Experience in carpentry, framing, or construction
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication and customer service skills
Leadership potential (or desire to grow into leadership)
Valid driver’s license
Bonus Points For:
Remodeling or structural repair experience
Working under homes (beams, joists, subfloors)
