COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $35.00–$37.00/hour, based on experience
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, overtime as needed
• Employment Type: W2, Short-term Assignment
• Project Duration: August 3, 2026 – August 28, 2026 

ROLE IMPACT
Join a commercial construction team for a short-term commercial remodel project in Las Vegas. This is a hands-on Foreman position responsible for performing skilled carpentry and finish-out work alongside the crew to ensure the project is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Note: This is not a supervisory role; onsite leadership will be handled by another team member.

KEY DUTIES
• Perform commercial carpentry, remodel, and finish-out work in a commercial environment.
• Install fixtures, cabinetry, casework, shelving, store equipment, digital signage, kiosks, and menu boards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to complete installations accurately.
• Install or modify drywall, framing, ceilings, flooring, millwork, countertops, and doors.
• Complete punch-list items while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience performing commercial carpentry, commercial remodels, or commercial finish-out projects.

•  Must be skilled in commercial remodel and Level 5 finish
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must provide personal hand tools and required PPE, including steel-toe boots, work gloves, safety glasses, knee pads, and other standard construction safety equipment.

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Experience with drywall, sheetrock, mud work, Level 5 finish, painting, metal and wood framing, ACT and hard-lid ceilings, tile, carpet tile, VCT flooring, countertop modifications, and door installation.
• Experience installing digital signage, kiosks, and menu boards is preferred.
• Work is performed in an active commercial construction environment with frequent standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Available to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
