Job Summary
Interior Channel is seeking an experienced, dependable Field Foreman to lead crews on basement waterproofing and structural foundation repair projects. The foreman is the face of Interior Channel on every job site, responsible for driving quality workmanship, crew performance, customer satisfaction, and safe, efficient project execution from start to finish.
The ideal candidate has field experience in waterproofing, foundation repair, or a related construction trade, and is ready to step into a leadership role that comes with real accountability. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Foreman or a history of strong leadership.  

Responsibilities 
Field Leadership & Crew Management
•     Direct and supervise all crew members on assigned job sites
•     Delegate tasks clearly and ensure work is executed to Interior Channel quality standards
•     Coach and mentor crew members — identify strengths, address performance gaps, and support career development
•     Conduct pre-job and post-job briefings

Documentation & Reporting
•     Complete and submit the Daily Field Report at the end of every workday, documenting crew members, accomplished work, out-of-scope discoveries, equipment issues, and site photos
•     Complete the Morning Truck & Materials Sign-Out form before crew departs the warehouse each day
•     Complete the Pre-Job Checklist, including site inspection, safety, scope verification) before work begins each day
•     Complete the Post-Job Checklist at job close-out, including payment collection (if necessary), tool accountability, and materials reconciliation

Equipment & Materials Accountability
•     Take full ownership of all tools, equipment, and materials assigned to the crew and truck
•     Verify all tools and materials are loaded, accounted for, and in proper working condition each morning before departure
•     Track all materials taken from the warehouse and reconcile usage against what is returned at end of day
•     Report any missing, damaged, or stolen tools or equipment immediately to ownership
•     Maintain the truck and job site in a clean, organized, and professional condition at all times

Job Site Execution
•     Manage daily workflow to keep projects on schedule and within scope
•     Identify and immediately communicate any out-of-scope conditions or required change orders to ownership before proceeding
•     Ensure all work meets Interior Channel quality standards and manufacturer specifications
•     Oversee final site cleanup, customer walkthrough, and job close-out procedures
•     Operate jackhammers, rotary hammers, saws, pumps, and other power equipment as needed

Safety
•     Enforce PPE compliance for all crew members at all times
•     Identify and communicate site hazards before work begins
•     Ensure furnace/HVAC shut-off, utility verification, and containment setup are completed prior to work start
•     Maintain a safe, organized job site throughout the duration of every project

Qualifications
Required
•     Minimum 2–3 years of experience in waterproofing, foundation repair, or related construction field
•     Prior crew lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
•     Ability to read and interpret work orders, scopes of work, and job documentation
•     Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment
•     Capable of repetitive bending, digging, kneeling, and lifting in varied weather conditions
•     Valid driver's license
•     Must have reliable transportation
•     Ability to pass background check and/or drug screening

Preferred
•     Experience with Interior Channel's core systems: drain tile, carbon fiber, wall anchors, sump systems
•     OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
•     Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
•     Demonstrated ability to train and develop crew members

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
•     Ability to lift 75+ lbs consistently
•     Comfortable working in confined spaces, crawl spaces, and damp environments
•     Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round
•     Capable of repetitive bending, digging, kneeling, and lifting throughout the workday
