Job Overview

SPR Steel Erectors is hiring two experienced Foremen to lead commercial, industrial, and government steel erection projects onsite. This role is the heartbeat of every jobsite-responsible for translating drawings into safe, high-quality, on-schedule steel erection.

The Foreman sets the pace, the tone, and the standard. You will supervise ironworkers, welders, crane operators, and laborers while serving as the first line of safety enforcement and quality control. As SPR formalizes its Quality Management System (QMS) and pursues AISC certification, this position plays a critical role in daily documentation, inspections, and non-conformance reporting using Contractor Foreman software.

This is more than a crew lead role-it is a leadership position and a key step in SPR's development pipeline toward General Foreman and future project leadership roles.
