The Foreman Production is responsible for leading the safe, efficient, and reliable execution of the site mine plan by aligning daily operational activities with plan specifications, production targets, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Foreman Production provides visible leadership to mining department employees while operating within established budgets, mine plans, and production schedules, and promotes a culture of safety, productivity, cost control, and quality.
