Foreman - Utility Site Work-Spring Hire

Position Summary

Coordinates activities of a work crew engaged in installing underground utilities specifically water sewer and drainage building pad excavations and general site grading. Understands construction and schematic drawings well enough to install work according to plans and specifications.

Hiring Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years experience in site work including excavation and earthwork underground utilities roadway and pavement construction and site development.
• Working foreman should be able to work within precise limits of standards of accuracy and make decisions based on measurable criteria and be able to work easily and skillfully with hands lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds have good vision either naturally or with correction and stand stoop kneel or crouch.
• Possesses leadership ability necessary to lead motivate and direct the work of subordinates.
• OSHA 10 Construction Certification or ability to obtain during pre-employment company provided online training.
• Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and other pre-employment requirements
• Valid U.S. Drivers License
