Forensic Acocunting Partner
Remote/Hybrid with offices across the United States
What You’ll Do
- Leading financial investigations related to complex commercial disputes
- Analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and solvency issues
- Applying and interpreting GAAP in judgmental, contested, or high-stakes situations
- Directing forensic data analysis across ERP systems and other financial data sources
- Advising attorneys, boards, executives, and other decision-makers on complex financial matters
- Developing expert reports, financial analyses, and litigation support materials
- Overseeing engagements from both a client service and financial perspective
- Building relationships and developing new opportunities within the disputes and investigations space
- Mentoring and developing forensic accounting professionals
- Helping shape the direction and growth of the financial investigations practice
What You’ll Bring
- Active CPA license required
- Forensic accounting, valuation, or related credentials are a plus
- Extensive experience in financial investigations, disputes, or forensic accounting
- Deep knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP, particularly in judgmental or contested situations
- Experience working on complex, adversarial, or high-stakes matters
- A track record of advising attorneys, senior executives, boards, or other sophisticated stakeholders
- Strong leadership and client-facing presence
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships within the legal and business community
- Proven business development and practice-building experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex financial issues understandable and persuasive
