Pay & Schedule:

Shift: 1st shift- $19.00, 2nd shift-$19.95

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do:

• Assist in preparing furnace loads based on material type and quantity
• Verify piece counts and check part straightness before and after heat treatment
• Perform cold and hot straightening when needed
• Conduct hardness testing and inspections on forged materials
• Monitor furnace operations and support heat treatment processes
• Apply identification marks and inspect the final surface of forged parts before shipment

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Background in aerospace or heavy industrial settings is a plus
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a physically active role
• Willingness to learn and work under close supervision
• Detail-oriented and safety-focused
