What You Will Be Doing
- Load and unload forged metal parts from press equipment
- Assist with machine setups and production changeovers
- Perform basic visual inspections and measurements
- Operate trim presses and other manufacturing equipment as trained
- Follow safety guidelines and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
What We Are Looking For
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast paced industrial environment
- Comfortable working around machinery, noise, and heat
- Forklift or crane experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for full shift
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs
- Repetitive bending, reaching, and movement
