Forklift Operator - 1st Shift
Location: Greer, SC
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Tuesday - Friday 7am - 5:30pm
Pay: $19.40
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of forklift operating experience, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. This role is responsible for safely moving, loading, and unloading materials while supporting daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials and products
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of forklift operating experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift up to (insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety
