Forklift Operator- 1st Shift

TRC is hiring a Forklift Operator for one of our valued manufacturing clients. Essential Job Functions
Use pick lists or handheld scanners to retrieve materials from stock for order fulfillment
Accurately load products into packages or onto pallets based on order requirements
Package orders according to established guidelines, including labeling and document insertion
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors, leads, or management

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing business needs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Capability to stand, walk, and/or sit for the duration of the shift
Frequent reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
