Join our dynamic team as a Forklift Driver, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse environment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will closely collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to effectively manage workload distribution using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and monitor WMS forecasted workloads for optimal resource utilization.
Collaborate with the inventory department and on-site staff to address any discrepancies related to daily orders.
Communicate order changes and updates directly to customers, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets and reports as necessary.
Support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
Assist supervisors and warehouse associates in daily operational functions.
