HireLevel is looking for a versatile Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our team in Alton, IL. If you're skilled in various warehouse tasks, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll operate a Stand-Up Forklift and Reach Truck, and assist with case picking as needed.

Location: Alton, IL
Shifts: Monday - Thursday | 3pm – 1:30am (4-day work week/some overtime on Fridays)
Compensation: $20.18/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Assembles, packages and labels products as needed.
- Operates equipment including Stand-Up Reach Truck & EPJ
- Continuously produces at an acceptable level of productivity with some supervision.
- Arranges own assembly area for the efficient assembly of all products.
- Notifies production supervisor of tools in need of repair, low inventory or items used daily and poor quality of product being assembled.
- Produces quality finished goods with acceptable workmanship and few rejects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Stand-Up Forklift and/or Reach Truck experience
- Can lift up to 20 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Must have strong work ethic, are motivated and have great attendance
- Background and drug screen test
