Forklift and Pick/Pack Positions - 1st & 2nd Shift

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated 1st & 2nd Shift Forklift and Pick/Pack Operators to join their team. You will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Forklift and Pick/Pack Positions - 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Groveport, OH

Pay Range: $20.00 to $22.12 based on Shift and Position

Shift: 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday
           2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Picking and packing parts with accuracy to ensure quality and prevent damage
• Physically and systematically placing inbound freight, with flexibility for process deviations
• Reporting product discrepancies, variances, and damages promptly to supervisors
• Conducting searches to locate misclassified inventory and resolve issues efficiently
• Operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and stock chasers safely and effectively

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or related fields
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical warehouse equipment if job title requires
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
