About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll work safely in a fast-paced environment, handling loading and unloading trucks, managing inventory, and contributing to warehouse efficiency. Your role will include receiving merchandise, verifying shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Dependability, quick decision-making, and a proactive mindset are essential.
Pay Rate: $19.00–$23.00/hr (depending on experience)
Available Shift Times:
- 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday–Sunday (multiple shifts available)
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Load, unload, and stage shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the warehouse
- Support continuous process improvements
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of warehouse and forklift experience
- Valid forklift certification (current and expiring no later than 03/2027)
- Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
