Forklift Cherry Picker

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry pickers and order pickers to accurately retrieve and transport products within the warehouse.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist with inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to warehouse operations.
• KPI Driven- key performance indicators need to be met

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience operating cherry pickers and order pickers in a warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 plus lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
