Job Description - Forklift / Clamp Driver (2nd Shift)

Title: Forklift / Clamp Driver - 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Hours: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM | ~40 hrs/week

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr + $1.15 Benefit Pay = $18.15/hr Total

Position Summary

We are hiring a dependable, safety-focused Forklift / Clamp Driver to support fast-paced warehouse operations on 2nd shift. In this role, you will operate a forklift (including clamp attachment as needed) to move, stage, load/unload, and store product while following all safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift/clamp truck to move, stage, load, and store inventory
• Load and unload freight from trailers/containers (as needed)
• Perform product put-away, staging, and replenishment to assigned warehouse locations
• Complete routine equipment checks and report maintenance/safety concerns immediately
• Follow all site safety rules and operate equipment responsibly at all times
• Assist with general warehouse labor during downtime (lifting, organizing, cleanup, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and help meet daily productivity goals

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment (clamp experience preferred)
• Ability to perform physical tasks (job tier indicates certified forklift work; lifting may be required)
• Strong attendance and punctuality for the scheduled shift
• Safety-minded with attention to detail in a busy warehouse setting
• Forklift certification/license preferred (or ability to obtain per site requirements)
