People Plus is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift/Crane Operator to join a growing team! If you have experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes and are committed to maintaining a safe work environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM until finish
Job Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment.
Load, unload, move, and position materials throughout the facility.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Verify load weights and ensure proper rigging and safe lifting practices.
Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and operating procedures.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members during material movement.
Maintain equipment inspection logs and operational records.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or outdoor environments.
Ability to work at heights when required and wear appropriate PPE.
