Hire Dynamics is searching for a Forklift driver for a facility in Kings mountain , NC.
A sit-down and stand-up forklift operator safely drives both types of industrial trucks to load, unload, stack, and transport materials in a warehouse, factory, or distribution center
Shift/Pay:
· Monday-Friday
· 1st 6am-2pm or 2nd 2pm-10pm
· Pay $18-18.50

Responsibilities for forklift drivers include:
· Safely operate sit-down, and stand-up to move pallets, crates, and heavy merchandise
· Transfer goods to and from tractor-trailers, shipping containers, and loading docks
· Pull, sort, wrap, label, and stage inventory for outgoing shipments or store items in designated rack locations
· Use radio frequency (RF) scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to log stock movement, cycle counts, and verify manifests
Qualifications: • 1 to 2+ years of prior dual-forklift operation experience. • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and frequently lift or move up to 50–60+ pounds. • Basic math, attention to detail, and familiarity with WMS or ERP tracking tools.
