Forklift Driver 1st Shift

Phillips Staffing is hiring for a Forklift Operator to join the team at a manufacturer of textile and polymer products in Spartanburg, SC!We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to support manufacturing operations by efficiently moving materials, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to workplace safety.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to designated areas within the facility.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Inspect forklifts before and after use, reporting any maintenance issues.
• Adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (HSD/GED) required.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience with valid forklift certification.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience and with unloading/loading trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

 Shift Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Friday 8am to 4:30 pm
 Pay Rate: $19.65
