This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in cold temperatures.Key Responsibilities:* Operate forklifts and other equipment in a safe and effective manner.* Load and unload trailers with frozen goods.* Move pallets to and from designated areas within the frozen department.* Perform inventory checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.* Ensure product integrity and quality standards are maintained.* Follow all company safety policies and procedures, especially for cold storage.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the freezer area.* Conduct daily equipment checks and report any maintenance issues.* Work closely with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.* Valid forklift certification required.* 1+ years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution center.* Experience working in cold/frozen environments is highly preferred.* Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F (-23°C) for extended periods.* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.* Good communication and teamwork skills.Physical Requirements:* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.* Comfortable working in cold/frozen environments.* Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.Buena Park CA 3162
