Debbie's Staffing is looking for a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate for our client located in Kernersville NC.
Hours: 10:00pm- 6:00am Sunday-Thursday (Overtime as requested by client).
Pay rate: $18.50 per hour, Weekly Pay! Temp-To-Hire Assignment!

JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations by loading and unloading trucks and containers, stocking inventory, pulling orders accurately, and preparing shipments for delivery. Associates will also assist with staging orders, maintaining shipping equipment, submitting order weights and dimensions, and occasionally supporting packaging operations. Must be comfortable with heavy lifting, standing and walking for extended periods, and performing physical tasks including bending, reaching, lifting, and handling products.
Job Description:
- Load & unload trucks and containers
- Stock & pull orders with accuracy and speed
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain shipping and receiving equipment
- Submit orders with weights and dimensions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate a forklift & pallet jack
- Occasional assistance in packaging area
- Stage orders in an organized fashion
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with inventory management software (beneficial)
- Time management, communication skills, familiar with metric system, working with hand tools
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to stand on concrete for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and walk throughout the production floor.
- Capacity to lift and move products weighing 50–70 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused for long periods.
- Must be able to pass all new hire screenings
