Forklift Driver

Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Driver with required reach truck experience to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves safe operating various types of forklifts, maintaining accurate inventory movement, and contributing to an efficient, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain accuracy in inventory handling and order fulfillment
• Work within both system-driven and manual production environments
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Required: Reach truck experience
• Strong understanding of workplace safety principles
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Dependable with excellent attendance record
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to pass a forklift driving skills test
• Valid forklift certification 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for 6–10 hours per day
• Ability to stand and/or walk for 6–10 hours per day
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching (above and below waist level)
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver pallet jacks and carts
