Forklift Operator – Shipping / Materials

Location: Cadillac, MI

Pay: $19.50/hour (All Shifts Available)

Key Responsibilities

• Repack products according to customer specifications and quality standards
• Accurately label all containers and verify quantities
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including Hi-Lo (forklift)
• Use RF scan gun systems to split, combine, and track inventory
• Verify shipments using customer pick sheets
• Locate parts within inventory and identify components for finished goods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all work instructions, procedures, and company policies
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and dock operations as needed
• Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns
• Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines
• Support additional tasks and assignments as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Prior forklift (Hi-Lo) experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners and basic computer systems
