Forklift Driver

Forklift Driver - $18.00/HOUR

A company in Northeast El Paso needs a Forklift Driver. 

The ideal candidate will have experience operating propane-powered forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. This position is responsible for safely loading, unloading, moving, and staging materials while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate propane-powered forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers while ensuring product integrity.
• Move, stack, and stage pallets according to warehouse procedures.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report equipment issues immediately.
• Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate product placement.
• Follow shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and all company safety policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of propane forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Ability to safely load and unload trailers.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment safely for extended periods.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday; 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
