Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our team at a busy skincare product warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating stand-up forklifts to move, load, and organize pallets of skincare products, as well as supporting general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate stand-up forklifts to load, unload, move, and store pallets of skincare products and materials.
Pick and stage orders accurately for shipping and replenishment.
Receive, inspect, and organize inbound shipments in designated areas.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed.
Ensure all products are handled with care to avoid damage to skincare items and packaging.
Follow all warehouse safety guidelines, including proper forklift operation procedures.
Support general warehouse duties such as pallet wrapping, labeling, and housekeeping when needed.
Qualifications:
1 year of recent experience operating a stand-up forklift in a warehouse environment.
Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred:
Experience working in a cosmetics, skincare, or similar product warehouse is a plus.
Familiarity with inventory systems or RF scanners.
