This position is responsible for operating a forklift to accurately pick, move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse while supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate has previous forklift and warehouse experience, is committed to maintaining a safe work environment, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution setting. A manager will review each applicant's work experience to determine which position is best suited for their skills and experience. Please be prepared to discuss your previous work history during the interview. --- Responsibilities Operate a forklift safely to pick, transport, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse. Accurately retrieve products from designated warehouse locations based on operational needs. Safely stack, organize, and store materials in assigned locations. Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately. Follow all warehouse safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies. Assist with inventory movements and maintain accurate product locations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Work independently while meeting productivity and quality expectations. Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors or management. --- Requirements Previous forklift operating experience required. Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment required. Ability to consistently lift and move **more than 70 lbs.** throughout the shift. Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and compliance. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed. Reliable attendance and excellent punctuality required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Por favor, venga preparado para hablar sobre su historial laboral durante la entrevista. --- ## Responsabilidades Operar el montacargas de forma segura para seleccionar, mover, cargar y descargar materiales dentro del almac n. Seleccionar correctamente los productos de las ubicaciones asignadas seg n las necesidades de la operaci n. Apilar, organizar y almacenar materiales de forma segura. Realizar inspecciones diarias al montacargas y reportar cualquier problema mec nico o de seguridad. Cumplir con todas las pol ticas de seguridad, procedimientos del almac n y normas de la empresa. Apoyar con los movimientos de inventario y mantener registros precisos de los productos. Mantener el rea de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura. Trabajar de manera independiente cumpliendo con las metas de productividad y calidad. Realizar otras tareas de almac n asignadas por supervisores o gerencia. --- ## Requisitos Se requiere experiencia previa operando montacargas. Se requiere experiencia previa trabajando en almacenes de ritmo acelerado. Capacidad para levantar y mover **m s de 70 libras** de forma constante durante el turno. Conocimiento s lido de los procedimientos y normas de seguridad en almac n. Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar de manera independiente cuando sea necesario.
