Woodridge, ILCrest Hill Il 3132$20.73/Per HourForklift Driver- Mh2-2Nd Shift* Job Description* Branch DetailsResponsibilities:* Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move and stack products and materials in the warehouse.* Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, or other storage units.* Transport materials to appropriate storage areas and ensure correct placement.* Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.* Assist in organizing products for shipment and order fulfillment.* Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).* Inspect forklift equipment regularly and perform minor maintenance as needed.* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and shipping areas.* Collaborate with other team members to meet shipping and production goals.* Report any safety hazards, accidents, or equipment malfunctions immediately to the supervisor.* Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and labeling products.Requirements:* High school diploma or equivalent.* Previous experience operating sit-down forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.* Valid forklift certification (OSHA-certified) or the ability to obtain certification.* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for long periods.* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.* Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and logging information.* Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.Crest Hill IL 3132
