Schedule: Mon-Thurs 5:30am-4pm

Job Duties

• Move raw materials from the Receiving area to the Weld Shop.
• Load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items.
• Transport finished welded pieces from the Weld Shop to the staging area for shipping.
• Optimize loads to support operational efficiency.
• Secure loads to the machine before transportation.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles during deliveries.
• Check stock levels and redistribute inventory as needed.
• Pick stock, replenish shelves, pack products for dispatch, and stage stack as needed.
• Complete orders independently or as part of a team.
• Cross-check inventory for accuracy.
• Support production as needed.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Must have minimum 1 year of Shipping and Receiving experience
• Ability to Multi-task and High Bay Racking warehouse experience
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.
• At least 1 year forklift in like environment

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Driver you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

A Forklift Driver helps maintain efficient warehouse operations by safely moving products between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. This role requires equipment operation skills, organizational ability, and safe work habits.

The Forklift Driver combines forklift operation with inventory awareness and warehouse procedures to help ensure products are moved accurately and efficiently throughout daily operations.
