Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
The Standup Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, store, and organize materials within the facility. This role supports production by transporting raw materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring all operations follow OSHA safety standards.
Operate a standup forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
Store inbound products and transfers in designated rack locations.
Transport raw materials to production workstations.
Inspect loads for accuracy before transporting them.
Scan merchandise before relocating it to ensure inventory accuracy.
Load and move products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
Position products properly on warehouse racking systems.
Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on forklifts and equipment.
Maintain a clean and debris-free warehouse floor.
Follow OSHA safety standards and company productivity guidelines.
High school diploma or GED.
2–3 years of forklift experience.
OSHA forklift certification.
Experience with pallet wrap machines, cherry pickers, and material handling equipment.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs when needed.
Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
Ability to work accurately, safely, and efficiently.
Strong reliability, dependability, and work ethic.
