Forklift Driver

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to efficiently operate various types of warehouse equipment including counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet jacks. This role involves regular travel between multiple warehouse locations and requires an 8-hour shift. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and effective material handling, maintain accurate inventory records through regular data entry, and contribute to overall warehouse organization and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and related equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely
• Handle inventory accurately with regular data entry into management systems
• Inspect forklifts and equipment routinely to ensure operational safety
• Comply with all warehouse safety protocols and regulations
• Maintain organized warehouse areas and assist in inventory management
• Report maintenance needs and equipment issues promptly
• Coordinate delivery schedules and support team operations
• Travel regularly between multiple warehouse locations as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid forklift operator certification
• Driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report
• Proficient in forklift operation and warehouse safety practices
• Skilled in inventory management and equipment maintenance
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
• Physical stamina to perform demanding warehouse tasks
