Lumber Forklift Driver

LUMBER EXPERIENCED FULL TIME FORKLIFT DRIVER NEEDED!!!

URGENTLY hiring a Forklift driver for the daytime position. Minimum of 1 years' full-time (8 hours/day) experience on a forklift. Must have Lumber & Forklift Experience within the last 18 months or less.

6 AM - 2:30 PM M-F Overtime available.

Fast paced environment, indoor/outdoor work. Forklift driver responsible for production and loading and unloading trucks.

Forklift certification helpful.

Starting wage $19+/hour depending on experience. (DOE)

Operate a forklift to move/deliver lumber and/or pallets to the production line. Needs to be able to operate a skid steer.

Maintain clean docks and warehouse aisles by stacking material neatly and safely.

Loading and unloading by hand and using a forklift.

Maintain a safe work environment by following safety rules and reporting unsafe conditions or instances.

Notify the Supervisor of any mechanical or defective material issues.

Must have a valid drivers' license and dependable transportation. There is no metro bus service available to our location.

Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Ability to obtain/maintain a forklift certification is required.

Previous forklift experience is preferred and able to operate a skid steer. Previous lumber

experience is also very helpful.
