Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Natomas, CA. This is a great opportunity for dependable, safety-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have recent forklift experience and a strong commitment to workplace safety, productivity, and accuracy.

Shift Schedules & Pay Rates

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | $20.00/hr

2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM | $20.00/hr

3rd Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM | $21.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and warehouse organization.
• Support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF FORKLIFT OPERATING EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years of recent forklift experience required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment while following all company safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
