We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Natomas, CA. Shift Schedules & Pay Rates
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | $20.00/hr
2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM | $20.00/hr
3rd Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM | $21.00/hr
Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
Maintain accurate inventory movement and warehouse organization.
Support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF FORKLIFT OPERATING EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of recent forklift experience required.
Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment while following all company safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
