Pay Rate: $21.73– $22.98 per hour

1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
2nd Shift: 3:30pm – 12:00am
3rd Shift: 10:30pm – 7:00am

ResourceMFG is looking for skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operators in Murfreesboro, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for moving and staging materials used in the production of automotive air intake components. This position supports a leading global supplier and is ideal for candidates with both sit-down and stand-up forklift experience.

Job Duties

• Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
• Load, unload, and transport products to and from production areas
• Supply production lines with needed materials in a timely manner
• Perform inventory movement, staging, and basic material handling
• Inspect materials and report any damage or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior forklift and warehouse experience 
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and Move throughout a scheduled shift 
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must complete all required safety training
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
