This hybrid roleincludes operating forklifts and performing general labor tasks such as loading/unloading materials, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting warehouse operations as needed.Key Responsibilities:* Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or pallet jack forklifts to move materials and products* Load and unload shipments manually and using equipment* Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately* Perform general labor duties such as cleaning, stacking, sorting, and organizing materials* Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required* Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times* Maintain a clean and safe working environment* Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to a supervisor immediatelyRequirements:* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)* Valid forklift certification/license (if required by local/state regulations)* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks* Basic math and reading skills* Strong attention to detail and safety* Willingness to perform other warehouse and general labor duties as neededWork Environment:* Warehouse or industrial setting* May involve working in hot or cold environments, depending on the seasonBuena Park CA 3162
