Forklift Operator / General Laborer
We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator / General Laborer to join our team. This hybrid role includes operating forklifts and performing general labor tasks such as loading/unloading materials, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting warehouse operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or pallet jack forklifts to move materials and products
- Load and unload shipments manually and using equipment
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Perform general labor duties such as cleaning, stacking, sorting, and organizing materials
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to a supervisor immediately
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid forklift certification/license (if required by local/state regulations)
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Willingness to perform other warehouse and general labor duties as needed

- Warehouse or industrial setting
- May involve working in hot or cold environments, depending on the season
