Forklift/Inventory Clerk

Receiving & Inspecting Shipments

o Unload, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries.
o Check for damages or discrepancies and report accordingly.
o Match received goods with purchase orders.

Inventory Management
o Accurately label and store items in designated locations.
o Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records.
o Assist with periodic cycle counts and full inventory audits.
Shipping & Packing
o Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and packaging.
o Ensure accuracy of outgoing shipments.
o Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics and complete shipping documentation.

Warehouse Organization
o Keep storage areas and warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
o Re-stock shelves, tidy workstations, and maintain clear aisles.
o Assist with reorganizing and optimizing storage layout as needed.

Equipment Operation
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
o Perform basic maintenance and report any malfunctions or safety concerns

Documentation & Reporting
o Scan and file shipping labels, packing slips, and receipts as needed.
o Update tracking spreadsheets or inventory systems regularly.
o Communicate any inventory or logistical issues to the Facilities Manager or Procurement.

Support Facilities Operations
o Assist with general facilities tasks as needed {e.g., moving supplies, setting up rooms, light maintenance.
o Help maintain supply levels for warehouse and common areas.

Safety & Compliance
o Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
o Wear appropriate PPE and report any safety hazards immediately
