Forklift Logistics Specialist — Chino, CA
What your day looks like
When you start your shift in our Chino, CA facility, you’ll step into the heartbeat of materials movement. You’ll hop on a forklift to stage, move, and store product; verify counts as trucks are loaded and unloaded; and keep aisles clear so the team can work safely and efficiently. Throughout the day, you’ll sync with teammates to balance priorities, perform quick equipment checks, and flag any inventory discrepancies you spot. Before clocking out, you’ll tidy your area, document what moved where, and prep for the next wave of orders.
What you’ll do
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials throughout the facility.
Load and unload trucks with accuracy, ensuring counts match and materials are handled correctly.
Keep work areas clean and organized while following all safety rules and procedures.
Support inventory control by tracking stock levels and reporting any discrepancies promptly.
Work closely with team members to streamline workflow and drive operational efficiency.
Conduct routine safety and performance checks on equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
Join ongoing safety and best-practice trainings to stay current with regulations.
What you bring
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Hands-on experience as a material handler or in a similar warehouse role.
Valid forklift operator certification (required).
Strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
Ability to lift heavy items and handle physically demanding tasks.
Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
You should be proficient in
OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
Material Handler Experience
Distribution Experience
Heavy Material Handling
Forklift Licensed
High School / GED
