Forklift & Machine Operator Shift: Overnight | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

TempExperts is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift & Machine Operator to join a growing light industrial team in Tampa, FL. Position Overview In this role, you will play a critical part in daily operations by safely transporting materials, operating industrial equipment, and supporting production teams. Success in this position requires attention to detail, strong equipment handling skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized facility. Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts and other machinery in compliance with safety standards
• Inspect materials for damage, shortages, and quality concerns
• Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs
• Assist with production, equipment operation, and general facility upkeep
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Proven forklift experience with a strong safety record
• Experience with industrial equipment (e.g., conveyors, hydraulics) preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-identification skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable and able to consistently work overnight shifts
